On a day trip from Brussels to Antwerp, I went up to the roof of the Museum aan de Stroom, also known as MAS, for a beautiful panorama view of the city.
The red and slightly peculiar MAS building is impressive. It certainly stands out in its surroundings.

You can enter at any time until midnight, even after the museum opening hours, and climb to the rooftop.
The 10th floor observation deck has a fantastic 360 degrees panorama view of Antwerp.
In fact, you don’t have to wait to get to the rooftop for great views.
You can see the city from above also as you climb from one floor to the next. On each floor you’ll get to see the city through massive, wavy windows:

As the escalators are situated in a different spot on each floor, you’ll get to see the view from different angles each time you go up a floor.

Just before you reach the 10th floor, you will see a “Panorma” sign that will direct you to the roof.
The view from the rooftop is wonderful.

I was there in June, but it was a particularly windy, cloudy day, as you can see in the photos. I’m quite sure that on sunny days this would be even more fun.
